BatiqueA couple of months ago in our Stampin’ Up! newsletter they showed how to do a batik with mulberry paper and clear embossing powder. The clear embossing powder acts as a resist and then you iron out the embossing powder with an iron. I had fun doing this technique with my Stamping Clubs.

We used the flowers from Big Blooms for the focal image. I think this set works great for this look. I think doing the batik look would also go well with the Aloha set that will be retired at the end of this month.

I used the word window punch to punch the little tag. I stamped the word and punched it out. Then I moved over the word, lined it up in the space and punched it again.
