It’s a pink Nursery Necessities baby card

Nursery Necessities Stampin' Up!I love making baby cards! I don't seem to make as many because you just do not need as many baby cards as you other occasions. At least I don't. I was browsing a magazine and saw a banner on a card and I figured that I could make one with punches. I liked the easy way the large oval punch can be layered on to the scalloped oval punch. I folded the scalloped oval punch over a piece of crochet thread and attached it to the card with mini-glue dots.

ColorthreadTip: I absolutely think that crochet thread is a card maker's best friend. I bought one skein of white last year and it is still going strong. For just a few dollars you get a huge amount and it lasts for a long time.  You can color it with ink so that it will match any project. I think I picked mine up at Wal-Mart, but I know it is widely available in the yarn area of hobby stores.
