3 Dimensional Bats with Wicked Cool Accents

papercrafted bats wicked cool stampin up I have been seeing these 3 dimensional bat favors around on the web and figured that I would have to try them out. Aren't they cute?

The bat that is shorter is made with two milk carton die cut outs. You do have to cut off the panel without the tab on both die cuts. You then attach the two cut outs. I used 1/2 of a black 2 1/2" circle. Then I took out bits of the flat edge of the circle with the 1" circle punch. The entire bat is Milk Carton Bat
spritzed with Vanilla Smooch to give it the iridescent look. The lines on the wings are made with the web texture folder and highlighted with the Illuminate Top Coat Smooch Accent ink. I did glue the top down, but all you have to do is fill the bat with a treat before gluing it down.

Cone-bat The larger bat is made with the Petal Cone Die and the Perfect Pennant Die. They also both have glimmer brads. This bat was found on Shelli Gardner's (the CEO of Stampin' Up!) blog.

I hope you enjoy the bats!
