Shimmer Paint makes Tag #4 of my 12 Tags of Christmas Glimmer!

Snowmantag1I used a lot of Stampin' Up!'s Shimmer products to make this Snowman Christmas tag. I started with Whisper White card stock to make the tag base. I pulled a Bashful Blue Classic Ink Spot over the front to turn it blue. Then I dipped a sponge dauber in Frost White Shimmer paint and pulled it over the surface to add some glimmer.

I then used a sponge dauber dipped in the Platinum Shimmer Paint to paint the flourish from Baroque Motifs and stamped it multiple times over the tag.

The snowman and snowflake are punched from Shimmer White card stock. The head is punched with the 1" Circle punch, middle section from 1 1/4" Circle punch and the bottom section punched with the 1 3/4" circle punch. I drew the face and buttons with the Basic Black marker. The transparent cord and the had are from retired products. Snowman-tag

I used the Sizzlits and the Big Shot to cut the numbers and then spritzed them with the Vanilla Shimmer Smooch. My last bit of shimmer came with from the Basic Rhinestone Jewels.

I have decided that I will post my version of the 12 Tags of Christmas one day after Tim Holtz posts his tag. This will just be much easier for my schedule.
