Cherry Cobbler and Basic Gray Handmade Christmas Card

It has been a long week with sales, birthdays, Halloween. I decided to do a challenge kind of to relax today. This is what I came up with using the colors Basic Gray and Cherry Cobbler. It is a very elegant combination.

image from 3.bp.blogspot.comHow do you like it? I used the Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger to come up with this card. I have been using a lot of Basic Gray already this season and I think that is why this trigger grabbed my attention.

I used a lot of heat embossing for this card. It has been very fun to use all of the new colored embossing powders Stampin' Up! is coming out with. They now have Gumball Green, Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Melon Mambo, scented and more. See all of the choices.

The Watercolor Winter Poinsettia Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding is so luxurious and adds a lot to the card and makes it fit the trigger so I paired it with the wonderful Watercolor Winter stamp set. I love poinsettias and when I saw the picture I knew I wanted to use the Watercolor Winter stamp set.
