Do You Want A Card That Stands Out?Posted by Christine Miller on Aug 22, 2013 in Cards | 0 comments
Once in a while I would like to give a different sized card, other than the 1/4″ card stock size, but I have resisted because I don’t have an envelope. Now, that problem is solved! Starting September 1st you can order the Envelope Punch Board and it makes 66 different sized envelopes. That is a lot of choices.
This card measures 4″ X 7″ and the envelope fits perfectly! It was so easy to make with the Envelope Punch Board and measurements given in the easy to use chart. Since my card and envelope measure 4″ X 7″ it can be mailed with one stamp. I did a post all about the mailing sizes for the United States Postal Service that you can see here.
I also used some fun new products in this card like the new Chevron Punch, The Expressions Thinlits Dies, and the Magnificent Maple stamp. The envelope is made with paper from the Sweater Weather Designer Series Pattern Paper collection, so if you also use the paper in your card you have a coordinating card and envelope.
Well, it is one of the most beautiful days of our summer so I had been go and enjoy it! I think I am going to go on a hike with my little boys. Better go pack a treat to eat on the way.
Watch for more information on the Envelope Punch Board and if you want to purchase any of the other supplies I have used just hop over to my Online Store. Don’t forget you can use the current hostess code (BSKKHMWR) and receive a Free Holiday Sampler pack and a chance to win hostess product. See more information here.
