How To Make A Dimensional Flower & Saturday VideoPosted by Christine Miller on Aug 31, 2013 in 3-D, Cards, Uncategorized, Videos | 1 comment
Did you miss the video last Saturday? I just couldn’t get it made last Saturday, but I am back with a gorgeous paper flower made from punches and a Framelit. I set about to make a card to cheer up my Mother-in-law because is in the hospital and a lot of pain right now. I seem to also be stuck on the same color combinations right now too. I have used Crushed Curry, Coastal Cabana, and Smoky Slate together recently and it has quickly become one of my favorites.
Once the flower is made, this card is actually very clean and simple! In fact, you will see how easy it is to make the flower in the video and you will want to be making your own. The layout out of the card is from the CAS(E) this Sketch! blog and I just turned it on its side. I actually may have reversed it a bit too, but I basically use sketches as a starting point and then go off to create.
Have a great Saturday and remember you can find all the supplies in my Online Store.
