I Have Started Wrapping! Do You Need Ideas?Posted by Christine Miller on Dec 19, 2013 in 3-D | 0 comments
I am so glad I can say I have made a dent in wrapping my kid’s gifts! For the Christmas morning gifts I just wrap them in plain paper, but I try to make the teacher and friend gifts more fun. Tomorrow is the last day of school before break and I need to get those gifts wrapped. I have several of the Extra Large Kraft Boxes (on the weekly deal this week) from Stampin’ Up! so I decided to dress them up.
I used the Snow Flurry die to cut masks and placed them over the box. I then loaded a spritzer with Real Red ink refill and alcohol to spritz over the snowflake masks.
I tried a Kraft box and a white box I had in my closet. I found that it works best if you use a steady spritz as you move it over the box. The glossy white box was a bit more sensitive to pooling ink. Keep your spritz bottle a little further away (about 12″ to 15″) as you spray.
I also used the wide Cherry Cobbler ribbon and isn’t gorgeous! I am going to keep some on hand for even after Christmas.
Here are all the supplies I used to decorate boxes. Have fun wrapping!
