I Wasn’t Sure, But I Love It!

I wasn’t sure about the Peachy Keen Bundle when I saw it, but I have been having fun using the stamps and framelits fun to create cards and projects. It is definitely retro and different from my usual style. I have to remind myself to work with different products sometimes because it is easy to get stuck in a rut with the same ideas.

To expand my stamping style I also often use sketches as a starting point and found this fun sketch on the CAS(E) this Sketch web site. It is amazing how you can start with the same sketch as someone else and end up with something very different.

The Wooden Elements have been an embellishment that I am not quite sure about using, but I added them to this card and I like how they add interest and draw the eye to the lower right corner.

Wooden Element Embellishments
I am anxious to pull out these elements and try them with other sets and cards. I think the speech bubble is pretty easy, but the other shapes could be challenging.
