How Do You Get The Lines With The On Film FramelitsPosted by Christine Miller on Feb 24, 2014 in Cards, Uncategorized | 0 comments
The camera die from the On Film Framelits is so much fun and I was so glad when Stampin’ Up! gave us a few tips for this set of dies. All you have to do is ink up the die before you run it through the Big Shot in order to get the darker color on to your card stock.
The artists at Stampin’ Up! also said that if you lay the die facing up when you run it through the Big Shot you will get a better image. So far, I have really only done tone tone-on-tone, but you could ink the die with contrasting colors too.
“Oh Snap” is such a popular saying right now so it is fun to use it with the camera die. For this clean and simple card I just repeated the camera image several times to fill the frame and get the message across.
This is one of the tips that will be taught in my class tomorrow night all about Framelits. Framelits are my favorite tool and I can’t wait for the class tomorrow night.
You can find any of the supplies I used for the card above in my Online Store. click on the image of the supply below to go right to that product.
