Here is the inside! This is the one card that is part of the Valentine Stamp Camp that coming up this week. I made this card using the Love You Much and Holiday Best stamp sets from Stampin' Up!. I like how the stamped hearts coordinate with the Heart To Heart punch. The row of hearts is designed to pop out and stand up when the card is opened.
Here is the front of the card. 
I decided to keep the front of the card simple because there is more work on the inside. I used the I {Love} Love wheel from Stampin' Up!'s Occasions catalog.

Paper: Whisper White, Real Red, Pretty In Pink
Ink: Real Red, Craft Whisper White
Other: Heart To Heart Punch, Pinking Hearts Punch, Ribbon

Nope! The hearts are attached to strips of acetate. Check back for a video coming.

You could also use transparency sheets cut into strips.
